Before a student enters our Cambridge program, LSI Canada gives them a "Cambridge Pre-test". This FREE 90 minute diagnostic test is our chance to identify your weaker skills and offer advice.
Our 3 week "Pre-Cambridge program" is the perfect way to prepare for the 12 week Cambridge course. Students have time to get used with Canadian culture, meet the teachers and make friends before the course starts. It also gives LSI three weeks to correct a student’s weaker skills. So, to show LSI Canada’s commitment to your exam success, we are offering a 50% discount.
Sewari completed a "Cambridge pre-test" in Mexico in July ‘07 and joined our 3 week "pre-Cambridge course" in August. During those three weeks, she relaxed into Canadian culture, made friends, met her teachers and focused on developing her skills for September's Cambridge course. Sewari passed the December FCE exam and she now studies at a University in Canada.
Why is LSI so successful?
This year, LSI celebrates 15 years as a provider of Cambridge exam programs in Canada.
Because so many of our teachers have over 10 years of Cambridge experience, we are able to offer a level of quality and attention to detail that very few language schools are able to achieve.
Over 90% of the student’s who joined LSI Canada’s FCE/CAE course in January, passed in March.
Referrals: A total of 52% of our FCE & CAE students from the last three start dates were either referred to LSI Canada by Cambridge FCE & CAE graduates, or they were existing LSI students who extended their course to include Cambridge. This is a result of our dedication to quality.
Where do our students come from?
Every year, LSI Canada welcomes students from over 30 countries around the world. Our students speak 11 languages between them, but they communicate in English. In the past, European and Latin American students have been more attracted to the Cambridge course than our Asian friends, but this is growing.
Since Sony, Samsung and other leading companies started to actively recruit Cambridge graduates, many forward thinking Asian students are joining this course. In class, we see a fantastic balance of nationalities.
